Washed Caturra and Castillo from smallholders across Tolima, 1,600–2,000 masl. Ripe cherry and orange blossom over dark chocolate, hazelnut, and panela, with a nougat finish and real body. Use it as the house espresso or a fuller filter roast when you want structure and chocolate instead of florals.
