Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes!  Please reach out to us for pricing. We’d love to  connect and see what kind of custom coffee we can create for you.

Where do you roast your coffee?

All of our coffee is roasted in small batches at our Strada Coffee Roasters workspace. Each roast is carefully profiled to highlight the unique characteristics of the origin.

What roast levels do you offer?

We focus primarily on light to medium roasts to bring out clarity, sweetness, and balance in every cup.

How fresh is your coffee?

Every bag is roasted to order or within days of shipping. We recommend allowing the coffee to rest 3–7 days after roasting for the best flavor.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate — just reseal tightly after each use. Our bags are designed with an vent to keep air from coming into the bag

 

 Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of roasting. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order heads out.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship in the Continental United States. But we are working on expanding international shipping soon.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been roasted or shipped yet, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S.

 

Subscriptions

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not at this time, but keep an eye out in the future.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
