Honduran Finca

A vibrant and expressive Honduran microlot with a beautifully balanced cup. At first, expect bright citrus and tropical fruit sweetness, soft floral aromatics, and a gentle cocoa finish. The anaerobic red honey process adds depth and juiciness while preserving clarity, resulting in a smooth, clean coffee with lively acidity and a creamy body. We've roasted a few test batches of varying development times, and found that roasting to City+ is the sweet spot to highlight origin character and natural sweetness. It's such an enjoyable cup.
