Sourced from the renowned Bombe mountains of Sidama, this exceptional lot comes from Daye Bensa—founded by Asefa Dukamo, whose coffees earned three consecutive Cup of Excellence awards (2020–2022). This Founder’s Reserve represents a small, meticulously selected micro-lot, vacuum sealed and fully traceable.

In the cup, expect sparkling brightness, gentle sweetness, and delicate floral notes. A full, silky body carries flavors of strawberry, peach, and red fruit, finishing clean and balanced with a refined sweetness. Brewed as a V60, a subtle hint of lemon peel adds a crisp, refreshing edge.
