Ethiopia Sidama Ayla

Washed lot from Ayla Washing Station in Bensa, Sidama, collected from 725 smallholders growing 74110 and 74158 at 1,950–2,150 masl. High elevation and a clean wash keep this one floral and precise: stone fruit and citrus over a soft cocoa finish, with jasmine and chamomile in the aroma. Best as filter; also excellent as a light espresso if you want brightness instead of weight.
