Semi-washed Bourbon from Mario Valiente and José “Fofo” Adolfo. Candy-sweet and silky — butterscotch and honey up front, green apple and orange in the middle, a little rose on the finish. Soft acidity and a nougat mouthfeel make it the easiest daily drinker of the five, equally good as filter or milk drinks.
